Refund policy

            This Return Policy (the “Return Policy”) is by and between the customer (“you” and “your”) and Unimpressed Studios LLC (“Unimpressed Studios” “Company” “we” “us” and “our”) and governs any and all returns, exchanges, and refunds of your orders of our goods (the “Products”). By placing an order for our Products, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions related to the return or exchange of your order contained in this Return Policy.  Unimpressed Studios is a growing business, and we reserve the right to change these terms, without notice to you and at our sole discretion, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Unimpressed Studios is a small, sustainable brand. We create two general categories of unique goods: ready-to-ship Products (“RTS Products”), which have already been created prior to your order; and made-to-order goods (“MTO Products”) which enter production upon order by customer. Different return policies apply to RTS Products and MTO Products, as described below, and the category of Product is listed in that Product’s description. Please refer to the Product description in order to determine which policies apply to your order.

 

Made-to-Order Products

           

True to their name, MTO Products are precisely that: made to order. Due to the highly unique and bespoke nature of MTO Products, Unimpressed Studios will not accept any returns of MTO Products. If there is an issue with your order such as a defective Product, please contact us by email at: info@unimpressedstudios.com to discuss a potential refund or exchange, provided that such defect is due to material or manufacturing defects, only.

 Purchased Products that are marked as Made-to-Order are not eligible for return. All sales of Made-to-Order Products are final.

 

Ready-to-Ship Products

 

We will accept returns of RTS Products within two (2) weeks from the day you receive your order. In order for us to accept your returned RTS Products, the RTS Products must be:

  • returned in their entirety;
  • returned in the condition they were received in;
  • returned prior to being worn; and
  • returned as new items, sealed in the packaging they came in (where applicable) and with all clothing tags on and intact.

 

You will also need to provide us with receipt or proof of purchase for your order, and must contact us regarding your intent to make a return. Any Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted as returns.

If your return is accepted, Unimpressed Studios will cover the shipping costs associated with your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Purchased Products that are marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

 

            If you are interested in exchanging a Product you have purchased for another, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item that you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Delivery

           

You are responsible for  providing us with accurate shipping and billing information in order for us to delivery our Products to you in a timely manner. You are responsible for keeping the shipping and billing information for your account up to date, if applicable. If you provide us with a shipping address that is invalid or where you cannot securely accept Products upon delivery, or if your shipping information is out of date, you are solely responsible for any resulting loss, theft, or damage to the Products. From delivery of your order to the designated address, you will be solely responsible for the condition of each Product until such Product is returned to us (including while in transit). We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or prohibit any sales, returns, or exchanges for any or no reason whatsoever. 

 

Damages and Issues

           

Please inspect your order upon your receipt and contact us immediately via email to: info@unimpressedstudios.com if the Product is defective, damaged, or your received the wrong item, in order for us to evaluate and resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

           

We will notify you via email when we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether or not your return has been accepted. If approved and subject to refund, we will refund you on your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that some bank and credit card companies take time to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received a refund, please contact us at: info@unimpressedstudios.com.
