Shipping policy

Introduction
This Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of us, Unimpressed Studios LLC (“Unimpressed” “Company” “us” “we” and “our”), regarding the shipping and handling of our clothing and products (the “Product(s)”) to the customer (“you” and “your,” respectively). This Policy applies to all orders placed for the Products. By placing your order with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Policy. The terms of this Policy are subject to change and modification, for any reason and in Company’s sole discretion, without notice to you. Any such changes to this Policy will be posted to this page and shall be effective immediately upon posting. As your transactions with us constitute your agreement to this Policy, we recommend that you check this page periodically for changes.
Please note: the order processing times that are listed below and/or in the descriptions of each Product are separate from the shipping times given at checkout regarding the packages containing the Product.
Processing of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and Products in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Unimpressed Studios is a small, sustainable brand. We create two general categories of goods: ready-to-ship Products (“RTS Products”), which have already been created prior to your order; and made-to-order Products (“MTO Products”) which enter production upon order by customer. Different shipping and processing times and policies apply to RTS Products and MTO Products, as described below, and the category of Product is listed in that Product’s description. Please refer to the Product description in order to determine which policies apply to your order.
Ready-to-Ship Products
Orders for Ready-to-Ship Products are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you have received your confirmation email, and shipped within 2-5 business days of processing. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The tracking information regarding your order will be sent to you automatically upon shipping.
Made-to-Order Products
Orders for Made-to-Order Products are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Due to the bespoke nature of such Products, however, we require 2-6 weeks for the production of MTO Products. You may email us at info@unimpressedstudios.com to request a status update on your MTO Product. Please note: nothing contained in this Policy regarding the production and shipping timeline for MTO Products is a guarantee or warranty that such timeframe is accurate. We are a growing company focused on the sustainability and uniqueness of our Products, and, as such, delays may occur. We are not liable for any changes or delays in your actual receipt of our Products, particularly after we have shipped your order. The tracking information regarding your order will be sent to you automatically upon shipping.
Once you have placed your order, your order will be perfected upon the completion of the packing of your order. Completion of the contract between you and Unimpressed Studios will be perfected upon the shipment of your Products, at which point you will automatically receive an email notification containing your order’s tracking number, at which point the sale contract between us and you has concluded.
Shipping of Orders
Our shipping carrier for domestic shipping is UPS, and we currently offer the following flat rates for shipping and handling of orders within the US:
Economy: 5-8 Business Days $10 USD
Standard: 3-4 Business Days $15 USD
Express: 1-2 Business Days $30 USD
We also currently offer the following flat rates on international shipping depending on your location:

Standard International: 6-12 Business Days $20 USD
Express International: 1-5 Business Days $34 USD
Shipping Rates and Times for the United Kingdom:
Standard International: 6-12 Business Days £20 GBP
Express International: 1-5 Business Days £35 GBP
Shipping Rates and Times for the Rest of the World:
Standard International: 6-12 Business Days $20 USD
Express International: 1-5 Business Days $35 USD
All applicable import duties, clearance fees, customs fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes and/or other additional charges are the responsibility of you, the customer, and must be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. In addition, local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order. These rules vary from country to country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.
Shipping Status and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification from us. This notification will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order with UPS. Please allow up to 48 hours following the confirmation of your order for the tracking information to become available. Please note that the tracking feature of your order is not controlled by us nor are the policies related to it described in this Policy. For more information regarding tracking, please refer to the websites and policies of the relevant third-party service providers.
Payment
Payment for your order can be made by any method indicated on the website at checkout, including via ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay and MetaPay. By placing your order, you confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of such credit/debit card for this use. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We are not liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from delay or refusal to authorize such payment by the issuer of your payment card.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to not accept your order or to cancel your order, in the event that, for example, we cannot complete or obtain authorization for payment, that the Product you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available for purchase or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. In addition, we reserve the right to right to refuse to process any transaction, or refuse service to anyone, at any time and in Company’s sole discretion.
